Horse Rescue, Horses with Hope

Giving Horses Hope in Maine

Banker’s Vault- Standardbred gelding

‘Banks’ is a 5 year old, 15 hh Standardbred gelding who joins us for training from Futures for Standardbreds. He didn’t show much inclination on the harness racing track, so retired with fewer than 25 starts and is ready to explore a new career. Banks is sound, with clean legs and excellent feet.  He gets along well with other horses in turn out, stands quietly for grooming and appears to have a friendly, calm disposition. He had just been started under saddle before arriving into our program, and we look forward to continuing his education.
