“A horse is an angel without wings.”
Miniature Horse
Dash arrived as a complete surprise! He was born in September of 2012, after his mother arrived from Camelot Auction. He was a healthy little bundle of energy from the start, and it was clear from the start that this little man would one day change lives and become an ambassador for rescue horses. He is courageous in any situation, whether it’s coming up against black bears or walking through plastic. His heart of gold leaves him ready and willing to work with humans as part of a team. Despite his young age, Dash had plenty of exposure to all the obstacles that the other horses use as a part of their training, and because of Dash’s gentle start in life, he has simply been fearless. Dash was recently adopted out to an equine facility in Massachusetts, where he is learning to become a riding and school horse. Dash has plenty to share in the future, including appearing in summer parades, fun shows, and summer camps. Thanks to his diminutive size, but great big heart, he will be a natural at teaching children how to care for horses.
