Charlie is an 8 year old miniature gelding, joining us for training from Home at Last Farm in New Hampshire in July 2025. Charlie arrived here with Aspen (presumed mother) and Millie (presumed sister). The three of them were taken out of the auction pipeline in 2020 and have been in foster care in the meantime, and are now going to start their journeys to finding their forever homes! We are just starting to get to know this sweet boy, but he has already shown himself to be quite friendly! We will share updates here as we learn more about him– stay tuned!
August 2025 Update: Charlie has been adopted by our very own farrier alongside his best pal Romeo, who was with us for training from Gerda’s Equine Rescue. The two of them have become fast friends and are rarely seen eating from separate hay piles. We are so happy for both of them and for their new family!
